Erwin J. Salvador, PEE, M.Eng.EE
President & Principal Consultant
Engr. Erwin J. Salvador is the President and Principal Consultant of Salvador & Partners’ Engineering Consultancy Services (SPECS) and the President & CEO of EJS Multivector Solutions, Inc. With over 24 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, he specializes in design and consultancy, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, and electrical facilities management.
He is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE), Registered Electrical Engineer (REE), and Registered Master Electrician (RME). He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology – University in 2000 and completed his Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the University of San Carlos in 2008.
Engr. Salvador has held significant leadership roles in both academia and professional organizations. He previously served as Chair of the Electrical Engineering Department at CIT University and continues to contribute as an Associate Professor and Electrical System Consultant. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and currently serves as the 2025 IEEE Eastern & Central Visayas Regional Governor.
